jumping in

Woke up and decided to start the juice thang today. I plan on posting my daily results and checking weight each am to see what happens. So far started day with warm water with lemon and fresh ginger. Works for me as chiro wants me to ingest more fresh ginger for inflammation. Ginger helps reduce it and I have inflammation to share. My first juice of the day is 4 carrots, 2 apples and ginger. Very refreshing and tasty this morning. Made 16 ounces. I have realized all this liquid will have be in the bathroom a lot more.

While juicing breakfast, figured I would do a few more for today so i can properly retire on my fainting couch and conserve my precious energy. I haven’t gone out and bought any leafy dark greens so used some broccoli for spinach and used zucchini for cuke in this recipe.

I of course had to try the Bruschetta tang on here. Haven’t tasted either but they smell yummy. Tuesday am I will be stopping at the farmers market and picking up greensĀ  and stuff for the rest of the week. I have to say having no car……produce is heavy.
