Day two

weight change: 4.2lbs less

effects:occasional mild head ache, was told i smell like celery, heartburn with green juices, took a nap in afternoon but otherwise ok

consumed:

16oz: warm water with lemon and ginger

16oz: 1peach, 1 apple, 4 carrots, ginger

16oz: coconut water

16oz: 3 handfuls baby spinach, 1 cucumber, 1 apple, 2 celery stalk, 1/2 lime and ginger

16oz: watermelon, basil, lime (was awesome with basil and perfect afternoon pick up)

16oz: 3 handfuls baby spinach, 3 leafs romaine lettuce, 2 cucumber, 1 carrot, ginger, 1 apple

16oz:40 red grapes, 12 large strawberries, mint

lots and lots of water.

on top of the juicing world!!
