Day three

weight change: 3.8lbs less (total of 8lbs) went to farmers market to stock up excited to try beets, kale, and other goodies:)

effects:felt great but craved food occasionally (but wasnt hungry, just wanted to chew)


16oz: warm water with lemon and ginger

16oz: 1peach, 1 apple, 4 carrots, ginger

8oz: coconut water

16oz: 1 banana, 1 cucumber,   1/2 orange, handful romaine, ginger

16oz: 5 leaves kale, 3 celery,  2 cucumber, 1 apple, ginger

16oz: 2 small beets, handful blueberries,1  apple, handful romaine, ginger, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 lime

16oz: didnt really feel another juice last night

lots and lots of water.

cant…..stop….thinking…of …..solid….food
