Day five

morning weigh in change: 2.4= 11.2 lbs total I think

effects: feeling alright think the cashew milk mid afternoon helped especially as I went bike riding and for a work out. The last juice called Peach Pie from Reboot With Juice plan is very filling. I ended up only drinking half and sharing with eldest man child.

consumed:

16oz warm water with lemon

16oz: 4 carrots, 1 apple, 1 peach, ginger

16oz: kale, spinach, tomato,zucchini, beet, cucumber, lime, ginger (just made a big dbl batch)

8oz: cashew milk: what I made: soaked 4oz raw cashew pieces in 14 oz of water overnight covered in fridge, strained and rinsed, pureed in blender with 16oz water, pinch of cinnamon,splash of vanilla. strained once smooth and refrigerated covered.

16oz: kale, spinach, tomato,zucchini, beet, cucumber, lime, ginger (just made a big dbl batch)

16oz: 1 sweet potato,2 ripe peaches, pitted, 1 red apple, 1 handful of blueberries, Dash of cinnamon

lots of water
