day 9 and i’m just fine

the morning weigh in: No change a solid 10 lbs loss and holding steady.

effects: My stomach not liking eating so much, just will keep taking it slow. otherwise feel fine

16oz warm water with lemon

16oz 4 carrots, 2 apple, ginger

16oz: bunch o kale, head of broccoli, 1 pear, 1 cucumber, 3 celery,ginger

16oz: 2beets, 2 handfuls spinach, 1 apple, 1/2 orange, 2 cucumber, ginger

dinner: stir fried broccoli with garlic, ginger, tamari etc and 1/2 cup rice

lots and lots of water

    The only way to realize any true benefit out of doing something like this is to make it the beginning of a permanent change. Good luck!!!

      thanks I’m working on the change (in all aspects of me) and believe it can only happen in small incremental adjustments of all our elements (heart, mind , body). Its been a journey so far this year and I know it is a consistent micro steps forward.
