effects: Well been 10 days I’ve lost 10 lbs, felt pretty good and hate kale.

16oz: spinach, broccoli, celery, tomato, cucumber, basil, garlic, blk pepper
12oz: smoothie of: cashew milk and 1 banana
dinner: 1/4 grilled chicken breast (afghani chicken recipe coming soon), 1 piece whole wheat pita, 1 avocado smashed with lime juice salt and pepper, veggie chips (slices of cucumber and jicama to dip in avocado) 1 cup romaine chopped.
dessert: 1 cup miso soup
