day eleven

morning weigh in: no change (10lb loss)

effects: doing great, seems I eased into some animal protein fine yesterday. I had been craving eggs,chicken and fish for days so it was good. picked up some tofu to supplement meals.


16oz warm water w/ lemon

16oz 4 carrots, 1 apple, 1 plum, ginger

8oz cashew milk

16oz spinach, romaine, parley, cucumber, pear, ginger

ate: spinach, mushroom and tofu soup ( basically added them to left over cabbage/pumpkin)

was hungry when I got home from work, made a Thai fried rice of rice, garlic , ginger, red pepper, jalapeno, tomato, onion, mushroom, basil, some chicken and a dash of fish sauce. ate about a cup or so.very tasty
