Well today is a day of hydration and cleanse. Its 9am and the idea of any food ,juice included isn’t appealing. But sure that will change….I think the bacon in my system has encouraged the craving for a latte this morning.
and then I fell off the wagon in the afternoon when my hangover kicked in
weigh in: after eating and drinking I’m at a total negative of 2.2lbs…
16oz warm water with lemon
16oz cucumber, blueberry, cantaloupe
and then a day of gluttony began..funny thing is how my perception has changed as I would have viewed what I ate yesterday as a good eating day last month.
lunch: hot chai latte and 3/4 cup of spatzle and cheese
afternoon: miso soup and tofu and veggies
dinner: asparagus maki, avocado maki, spicy tuna roll
late night shrimp and tortilla chips….
