16 days of change…

Well here it is day 16, going all right. Tomorrow is youngest child 15th b-day and I feel old. Per my usual tradition b-days are sacred and you get to dictate what we do and the meals. He has the heart attack special of meals planned which means I will be cooking and trying not to want to eat em:)

weigh in today: looks like im equalizing and am back to lbs so almost back to my original 10 of loss.

effects:beans did not sit well last night. otherwise doing great

consumed:

16oz carrot.apple, ginger (carrots are crazy sweet this week)

16oz kale, spinach, zuchini, cucumber, pear, lemon

1 avocado mashed with lime,salt and pepper

1 handful onion potato chips

miso broth with broccoli, carrots and rice noodles

grilled skinless boneless chicken thigh with spinach, red pepper, zucchini

4tbl of pistachio gelato

water, water, water

i had a smidge of gelato last night at Mariano’s, they sell a midge size for $1…perfect amount.
